INXS

Who doesn't remember the Australian band INXS, formed by Andrew Farriss, Michael Hutchence, Tim Farriss, Jon Farriss, Garry Gary Beers, and Kirk Pengilly?

Founded in 1977, the group was initially called The Farriss Brothers. The official name changed after the release of the album INXS in 1980.

It was in 1983 that the musicians began to enjoy success, with the debut of the single "Original Sin" – re-released in 2010. From that work, the artists also began to perform tracks geared towards purer rock.

Still, the peak of their career came a few years later with the album Kick, from 1987. This album was responsible for revealing their best-known singles: "Never Tear Us Apart" and "Beautiful Girl".

In the following years, the band underwent changes in its lineup and released five more studio albums.

With over 45 million albums sold worldwide, INXS announced the end of their career in 2012.
