Pet Shop Boys

Pet Shop Boys is a British pop music duo formed by Neil Francis Tennant and Christopher Sean Lowe in the early 1980s.
Along with other groups, they are responsible for the rise of electronic pop music between the mid-80s and 90s, and are considered by much of the specialized British press to be the greatest electronic pop duo due to their intelligent lyrics and the boldness of many of their arrangements.
They are the most successful duo in the history of British pop, with 36 songs in the top 20, 22 songs in the top 10 and 10 top 10 albums in England, achieving sales exceeding 100 million records worldwide. In December 2006, the Pet Shop Boys were nominated for 2 Grammy Awards for Best Dance Recording (I'm With Stupid) and Best Electronic/Dance Album (Fundamental - EMI).
In March 2009 they released their newest album, called Yes, acclaimed by both the public and critics, and considered the successor to Very, their 1993 album and their most successful to date. Yes produced the hits Love etc and Did you see me coming? (both reached number 1 on the Billboard charts).
Their biggest hits include the songs West End Girls, Domino Dancing, It's A Sin, Always On My Mind (original version by Elvis Presley) and Go West (original version by the Village People).
In September 2012, the Pet Shop Boys will release their 11th album, called Elysium, recorded in Los Angeles. The single is the song "Winner".
